THE VILLA: Breezy heights

A quirky and interesting holiday home on the island in Sedgefield. This house is an entertainers dream. With all the ameneties to make your holiday unforgettable.

The ground floor has a double garage and lush garden.

Upstairs you enter into the huge entertainers bar with indoor braai, fireplace and pool table, which leads onto the afternoon deck with swimming pool and outdoor patio furniture. This entire area is open plan to the dining area, lounge with fireplace, flat screen TV and the open plan kitchen with smeg oven. A funky steampunk feel space with its own guest loo.

There is a seperate scullery and pantry with dischwasher and washing machine. Leading off the other side of the lounge/ kitchen area is the sunny morning balcony with wood fired Kolkol hot tub and infared sauna.

Down the passage the 1st bedroom has queen bed and leads onto the morning balcony. 

2nd bedroom is a warm and sunny bedroom with queen bed and cradenza. The large 3rd bedroom has 2 x single beds, large built in cupboards and a dressing table. These 3 bedrooms share a bathroom with slipper bath and shower as well as a seperate loo.

There is a bachelor flat on the ground floor which can be added to the home at an additional fee to make it a 10 sleeper. This has an open plan kitchenette and bedroom, with a seperate bathroom with shower and loo.
