The lounge is open plan to the dining area and large entertainers kitchen with scullery. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There is a guest loo that services this area.
Also on this floor, the 1st bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of built in cupboards and dressing table.
The 2nd bedroom also has queen bed, plenty of built in cupboards and a dressing table, both bedrooms have views. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
The water is about 500m away and the house is very close to Sedgefields main beach "the mouth".

Up the stairs is the main "honeymoon suite" styled bedroom.
This very large bedroom has a king bed and dressing table. A patio with gorgeous views leads off this bedroom.
There is an en suite bathroom with corner bath, shower, toilet and bidet. There is a walk in closet off of the bathroom.
up another small flight of stairs is another lounge with balcony with amazing views. There is a kitchenette and dining area open plan to this lounge. Off the lounge is the 4th bedroom with queen bed, its own patio and en suite with corner bath, shower and toilet.
Down the passage is another large bedroom with queen bed, this room shares the other bathroom.
